  1. Hi, I’d like to ask is everyone can join this conference or need any qualifications? I am interested in music therapy but I studied at piano performance n already graduated.
Also, I am thinking to study music therapy in the future. I am trying to get some resources form the internet n trying to get some conferences if I could take. So, just wonder if I can join the conference. Thank you so much.

    1. Daphne, anyone is welcome to register for the conference, although some of the continuing education courses (CMTEs) held before the conference may have prerequisites. There will be presentations on many different areas of music therapy & some aimed specifically at students. If you are interested in going back to school to become a music therapist, there is specific information about the educational requirements on the Becoming A Music Therapist section of the American Music Therapy Association’s website. There are equivalency programs for students who have degrees in related fields, such as music performance and music education.
