Do you work with young children? Looking for a few more songs to add to your repertoire? Interested in the theories behind the approach of early childhood music therapy? Curious about what the research says about clinical decision-making with this population? Read on!

We invite you to join us for this CMTE on Thursday, November 12, 2015 (9AM-6PM) “Early Childhood Music Therapy Practices: A Music Together® Approach.” This session addresses many of the practical concerns about working with young children in individual and group settings, involving families, and structuring interventions with a developmentally-appropriate clinical focus and aesthetic flow. If you have taken the Music Together three day workshop, great! This class will add to what you learned. If you haven’t taken the Music Together workshop, this class will introduce you to several concepts, including the Music Together philosophy and approach to structuring musical experiences for children aged birth through early elementary.

Join us for this interactive, information-packed eight-hour CMTE. We look forward to seeing you! If you have any questions about this session before signing up, please feel free to email us: [email protected] or [email protected]. Find more information about Music Together® at their website.
